  Unquestionably one of the most comprehensive truck dealerships, of any brand, in all of Canada. On a new truck purchase, the sale and after-sale support is tremendous. The service department is spectacular. There is a genuine concern to get your truck repaired properly and your driver back on the road. Do it once, and do it right. I don't think there is anything more that you could ask of a service department. Unfortunately we've had to use their wrecker service. However, those guys really are the movie stars they're made out to be on Heavy Rescue: 401. Along with their wrecker service, there is their body shop. There's a reason it's as busy as it is ... they are that good. As with any relationship, there are ups and downs. Metro management is serious about making things right if things go off the rails.
